• To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the mentioned cancellation period, a deduction of 15% will be applied. This deduction covers the fees incurred by us through the payment gateway and website processing system.
• Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your cancellation request.
• Requests made through platforms other than our email, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone calls, cannot be considered or processed.

Duplicate Orders:

• In the event of duplicate orders, a deduction of 15% will be applied. This deduction covers the fees incurred by us through the payment gateway and website processing system.

Refunds:

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
