Thank you for choosing Chaarmology for your floral jewellery needs. We strive to provide you with beautiful, handcrafted pieces that meet your expectations.

  • Made to order: All our Floral & Fabric Jewellery is made to order in nature, hence we cannot cancel the order once its placed.
  • Handmade: The beautiful floral jewellery you get yourself designed is made after you place an order, we don’t stock up jewellery pieces, hence we require a timeline of 10-12 working days. Request you to place orders based on this timeline so we have enough time to make it and ship it.
  • Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our floral jewellery and aim to deliver products free from defects, If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    Non Refundable / Non Exchangeable: All the custom made order of Floral & Fabric jewellery is non refundable & Non exchangeable. Making a purchase from our website will automatically mean that you agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Extenuating circumstances: In rare cases where we have no control over the couriers where the delivery does not reach before on the wedding day, we will consider giving refund as an option (if all criterias are met).
    • You will have to track and report the delay of delivery atleast 2 days prior to the expected date/Event date.
    • You will have to submit a digital copy of the wedding invitation as soon as you message us about the delay within 15 mins.
    • Before initiating the return customer will have to return the Jewellery back to us. The shipping cost one way will be non refundable.
    • Once the refund is considered and initiated, it will be returned to your original payment method.
  • All our other products go through a very rigorous quality check before we dispatch them,hence we do not provide any kind of rerturns or exchange on them.
