This core belief defines our brand. Every single piece is designed and handcrafted by our in-house team of artisans, made to order and truly bespoke to fit you — your outfit, your vision, and your unique story. 

What began in 2017 as a simple passion for crafting florals has evolved into a promise we keep for every celebrant: when you choose Chaarmology, you are wearing unique jewellery created with love and intention — a piece of art designed with craftsmanship.

Our jewellery is handcrafted using premium artificial florals — not fresh flowers. This is intentional: real flowers wilt within hours, while our handcrafted floral pieces stay beautiful through your Haldi, Mehendi, and every celebration after. Your jewellery becomes a keepsake you can treasure, re-wear, and even pass on. Alongside florals, we also work with shells, pearls, resin, mirror acrylic flowers, diamonds, and German silver.

Chaarmology is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Every piece is designed and handcrafted by our in-house team of artisans — and while our roots are in Vadodara, our jewellery travels the world.

Yes! That's one of the biggest advantages of our handcrafted florals over fresh flower jewellery. Your Haldi set can easily be styled again for a Mehendi, baby shower, photoshoot, or festive occasion, or passed on to a sister or friend for her celebration.

Our Vedic Rakhis are handcrafted using elements rooted in Vedic tradition, e.g., haldi, chandan, rice, durva, and mustard seeds, believed to carry blessings of protection and prosperity for your brother. Absolutely, customisation is at the heart of Chaarmology. Share your outfit colours, reference photos, or even just your vision, and we'll craft a piece made exclusively for you. You can customise colours, flowers, sizes, and full sets, or use our "Make Your Own Set" option to build exactly what you need for your occasion.

Since each piece is made to order, cancellations or changes are possible only within 24 hours of placing your order, before crafting begins. Once your piece is in production, we're unable to cancel — but we're always happy to help with small adjustments where possible, so just reach out.

We understand wedding timelines! If your event is close, message us on WhatsApp before ordering, and we'll confirm whether we can craft and deliver your piece in time. Rush orders are accepted subject to our artisans' schedule, and express shipping charges may apply.

Simply share a photo of your outfit with us on Instagram or WhatsApp! Our team will suggest colours, flowers, and styles that complement it beautifully. This is the most loved part of our custom process — most of our brides start exactly this way.

Yes! We ship globally. Our jewellery has reached brides and celebrants in the USA, UK, UAE, Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Mauritius and beyond.

Since every piece is made to order, please also allow  6-8 days for crafting time before dispatch.   If you are ordering for a wedding or festival? We recommend placing your order at least  3 weeks in advance.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. For any questions along the way, message us on WhatsApp, and we will be happy to help.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets for orders within India. International customers can pay securely via credit/debit cards.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery — and there's a thoughtful reason behind it.

Every floral piece is custom-made exclusively for you, designed to match your outfit and your occasion. Since our artisans invest their time and materials in a piece that's yours alone, we require payment before crafting begins.

Timing matters just as much. Most Chaarmology pieces need to arrive before a fixed date — your Haldi, your wedding, Raksha Bandhan. COD is only supported by large online courier aggregators, where any delivery issue can take days to resolve over email — a risk we're not willing to take with your special day. Instead, prepaid orders let us ship via our trusted courier partners and dedicated local agents, who coordinate with us directly and go the extra mile to ensure your jewellery reaches you right on time.

All payments on our website are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are payable by the customer. We recommend checking your country's import rules — and feel free to message us if you'd like guidance before ordering.

Since every piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please share an unboxing video without cuts, edits and photos within 24/48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or repair. Yes! Every Chaarmology order arrives in our signature packaging, ready to gift. If you'd like a personalised note added — perfect for Rakhi and bridesmaid gifts — just mention it at checkout or message us after ordering.
