At Chaarmology, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering every order. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to make it right. Please read our exchange policy carefully before reaching out to us.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges under the following circumstances only:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item (not what you ordered).
Please note: Exchanges are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or any other reason outside of the above conditions.
2. Time Window for Raising a Request
All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be entertained. We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Record an unboxing video — While opening your package, record a clear, uninterrupted video of the unboxing process. This is mandatory and helps us assess the issue quickly.
- Contact us — Reach out to us via our website www.chaarmology.com or our customer support email/contact listed on the site.
- Share the video and order details — Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.
⚠ Important: Exchange requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed. Please ensure your video is recorded before opening the package fully.
4. Pick-Up Process
Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pick-up of the product from your delivery address within 2 business days of the exchange request being confirmed. In rare cases where the pick-up cannot be arranged, we can ask the customer to courier the products back to us, which we will reimburse.
5. Dispatch of Replacement Product
Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will initiate the exchange process and dispatch the replacement product to you as soon as possible. You will be notified once your replacement has been shipped.
