• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Redeemable only on chaarmology.com — not on social media orders, exhibitions or resellers.
• Usable across more than one order; any unused balance stays on the card.
• If the order costs more than the card, the balance is applied and you pay the difference.
• Delivered by email — nothing is shipped, so no delivery charge applies.
• Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Discount codes and promotional offers do not apply to the purchase of a gift card.
• Treat the code like cash — we cannot replace it if it is lost or used without your permission.
