At Chaarmology, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering every order. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to make it right.

Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only when:

• The product received is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item (not what you ordered).

Exchanges are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason outside the above.

Time Window

All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests after this window will not be entertained, so please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

How to Initiate an Exchange

• Record an unboxing video — a clear, uninterrupted video of opening the package. This is mandatory.
• Contact us via our website or customer support.
• Share the video and order details — order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Pick-Up & Replacement

Once approved, we arrange a pick-up from your delivery address within 2 business days. Where pick-up is not possible, you may courier the product back and we will reimburse the cost. After we receive and verify the product, we dispatch the replacement and notify you once it ships.

Domestic Shipping

• Dispatch: Ready-to-dispatch products in 2–3 business days; made-to-order products in 7–10 business days.
• Delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Express: 2–3 business days — please confirm with our team on WhatsApp (+91 9265457670) before placing the order.

International Shipping

• Charges: A flat ₹4,000 via DHL Express; charges vary with the number of items and parcel volume.
• Dispatch: 2–7 business days, depending on availability.
• Delivery: 4–10 business days, depending on destination and courier processing.
• Customs & duties: All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Chaarmology is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier disruptions, customs hold-ups, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend tracking your shipment once dispatched.
