Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges only when:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item (not what you ordered).
Exchanges are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason outside the above.
Time Window
All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests after this window will not be entertained, so please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Record an unboxing video — a clear, uninterrupted video of opening the package. This is mandatory.
- Contact us via our website or customer support.
- Share the video and order details — order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.
Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed.
Pick-Up & Replacement
Once approved, we arrange a pick-up from your delivery address within 2 business days. Where pick-up is not possible, you may courier the product back and we will reimburse the cost. After we receive and verify the product, we dispatch the replacement and notify you once it ships.

Domestic Shipping
- Dispatch: Ready-to-dispatch products in 2–3 business days; made-to-order products in 7–10 business days.
- Delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

International Shipping
- Charges: A flat ₹4,000 via DHL Express; charges vary with the number of items and parcel volume.
- Dispatch: 2–7 business days, depending on availability.
- Delivery: 4–10 business days, depending on destination and courier processing.
- Customs & duties: All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Our jewellery is handcrafted using premium artificial florals — not fresh flowers. This is intentional: real flowers wilt within hours, while our handcrafted floral pieces stay beautiful through your Haldi, Mehendi, and every celebration after. Our Vedic Rakhis are handcrafted using elements rooted in Vedic tradition, e.g., haldi, chandan, rice, durva, and mustard seeds, believed to carry blessings of protection and prosperity for your brother. Since each piece is made to order, cancellations or changes are possible only within 24 hours of placing your order, before crafting begins. Once your piece is in production, we're unable to cancel — but we're always happy to help with small adjustments where possible, so just reach out.
We understand wedding timelines! If your event is close, message us on WhatsApp before ordering, and we'll confirm whether we can craft and deliver your piece in time. Rush orders are accepted subject to our artisans' schedule, and express shipping charges may apply.

Since every piece is made to order, please also allow 6-8 days for crafting time before dispatch. If you are ordering for a wedding or festival? We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. For any questions along the way, message us on WhatsApp, and we will be happy to help.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets for orders within India. International customers can pay securely via credit/debit cards.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery — and there's a thoughtful reason behind it.
Every floral piece is custom-made exclusively for you, designed to match your outfit and your occasion. Since our artisans invest their time and materials in a piece that's yours alone, we require payment before crafting begins.
Timing matters just as much. Most Chaarmology pieces need to arrive before a fixed date — your Haldi, your wedding, Raksha Bandhan. COD is only supported by large online courier aggregators, where any delivery issue can take days to resolve over email — a risk we're not willing to take with your special day. Instead, prepaid orders let us ship via our trusted courier partners and dedicated local agents, who coordinate with us directly and go the extra mile to ensure your jewellery reaches you right on time.
All payments on our website are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are payable by the customer. We recommend checking your country's import rules — and feel free to message us if you'd like guidance before ordering.
Since every piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please share an unboxing video without cuts, edits and photos within 24/48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
